Moms Meet _ Yogi Tea _Free Sample Party Review

I signed up for MomsMeet.com which is an awesome community of parents and caregivers that collaborate on information to help guide you and your family to a healthy better for you lifestyle. In this community, you can sign up to become either a mom ambassador or a blog ambassador. The mom ambassadors are women or moms that have a moms group where you will be able to share some great goodies with your group. The Blog ambassadors need to have a blog already set-up and make sure you know how to track your visitor usage before applying because they asked a million questions about how many visitors, followers, likes, etc. After becoming approved as either a mom or blog ambassador, you are then able to start applying to receive for free, test, and review some awesome products that you can feel good about giving to your family. In the community you can also participate in quests based on the sample applications and learn more about the products and earn some points for momsmeet.com. With your points you are able to redeem them for some goodies, occasionally they have surprise sample boxes available to redeem but I have not yet been lucky enough to catch them at the right time. Other than that I feel the prizes are pretty generic and are stuff I could print off of google myself so I do not want to redeem my points for those items. They just announced the implementation of badges, which I am super excited about. They have been mentioning badges for a while but it just started up where you can receive badges for completing quests, completing sample missions, joining in discussions, and more. I love the badges because it gives you a fun way to visually track your progress and remind you of the awesome sample meetings you have gotten to host. I also love that they offer coupons or discount codes for the products that they are featuring, I already saved 10% on trash bags from Amazon thanks to one of these codes for HippoSaks. Definitely checkout momsmeet.com to start contributing with other mamas and to have your chance at some great free items.

This time I was selected to host a Moms Meet group meeting featuring Yogi Tea.  I have tried these teas in the past and they are awesome so I was super excited to share them with the other mamas I know.

I hosted the party on a Saturday and promoted it as a relaxation party where we just sat back and enjoyed some tea and a movie while talking a bit.  To my surprise most of the guests chose different flavors/versions of the teas that we had to sample and every person loved the tea that they chose to try.  I personally tried the Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy Tea and I loved it, but I also tasted a bit of the Honey Lavender Stress Relief tea that my mom and chosen to try and that had an awesome taste as well.  My son wanted to try a bit of tea so I gave him some of my Sweet Tangerine tea and he loved it.  I don't know if energy tea is the best thing for a kid but I think getting to try one that he really liked helped open up his willingness to try other teas in the winter time.  The party was a great time just sitting around with friends and family while relaxing and having some tea together. At the end of the party, each of the guests took a box of tea home with them along with a few coupons to pick up the other flavors that they might like.  I think this party was a great success and I will definitely be purchasing more Yogi tea in the future.  I especially like that each of the teas is targeted to a specific benefit like energy, stress relief, etc. This is great because myself, and my husband often do not like to take medicine if we can avoid it so having a tea to help with a few general issues instead of a medicine is great.  I cannot wait to try more of the Yogi tea products!

Tryazon_ Ritter Sport Chocolate Veterans Day Party _Free Sample Review

I signed up for Tryazon.com. It is an awesome community where you are able to set-up your personal profile then head over to the party applications page to start applying to host some awesome parties. They also have “TRYABOX” opportunities to receive products to test and review without having to host a party. The tryabox opportunities are far more limited than the party host opportunities but always keep an eye out for both types of ways to participate. The house parties are great, they send you a box full with all kinds of goodies to make your party great and there are sometimes coupons to purchase the specified products. There are always plenty of extra goodies to make the party fun but also to give away to your guests to take home. I have been lucky enough to host about 5 parties in the last year and have learned about so many great new products and companies so I definitely suggest signing up.

This time I was selected to host a party for Veterans Day featuring Ritter Sport Chocolates.  We were selected to host this party partly because our papa is a veteran and we wanted to celebrate him and his service for Veterans Day.  My papa was drafted into the army but thanks to his typing skills in those days he
was kept in the United States to type to the superiors rather than going to fight in another country.  He has felt that his service was not enough and does not take advantage of veterans benefits so we wanted to show him our appreciation for his service and show him that he did exactly what was needed of him.  This company makes amazing chocolates and so many varieties it would be impossible to name so you must check them out, there is a variety for everyone to enjoy.

In the Sample Party Pack we received:

We had an absolute blast at our Veterans Day party with these chocolates.  We followed the party guide and used the boxes of variety mini chocolates to create some pictures on a large table that we have and we used the taste tasting placemats to taste a variety of the chocolates and see which ones each of us liked best.  My papa loves chocolate but all my life each person has just gotten just a little bit so each of the little mini chocolates were perfect for him.  My papa also loved the Ritter Sport guild that included a history of the company.  He took a great deal of time to read through the information then shared it with us along with additional details that he had about the town or friends that he had from Germany.  After the party, we had an abundance of chocolate left over so my papa took many of the mini chocolates to share with this Widow/Widowers group that was to meet later that same week.  My understanding was that at his party, these chocolates were a big hit.  One of his best friends loved them and wanted to send more to another friend of hers so we searched and found out that these were sold at the World Market so my papa and his friend went to one of those stores to get some more of the chocolates.  As for the other minis, I took a box to work and shared it with the office where it was also a big hit.  My office has many people with a variety of international backgrounds and tastes to these chocolates were quite popular and I had many people tell me how delicious they thought they were and asked where they could purchase some.  Luckily, we have a World Market store nearby the office so it was easy to direct people to purchase more.  My mom also took another box of the mini chocolates to her Real Estate office where they were also very popular.  

This was a great experience to be able to share so many delicious chocolates with so many people.  This was by far the most far reaching sample event that I have participated in to date and it definitely generated more talk and excitement than any other samples I have tried.
