I was selected by Smiley360 to receive a free sample of some ob tampons in exchange for an honest review and social media sharing. These tampons do not have an applicator making them more discrete and less wasteful for the environment.
Let’s be honest here, I already knew I didn’t really like these as I tried them once in high school but I thought I’d give them another try. The last time I used these they worked well as far as being discrete because I needed to wear a dress for graduation and only had small pockets built into the sides of the dress (certainly not large enough to hold a full size tampon & applicator). As I said, I thought I’d give them another try now several years later and I really think these are just sort of gross to use and it definitely made me appreciate the presence of the applicator more than I thought anyone could appreciate such a thing. Through this mission, I received 2 18ct boxes and with the coupon was able to pick up 1 40ct box for free so I will be keeping a few around the house for emergencies or when discreteness is key but I also left a box in the office bathroom for the other ladies to take advantage of. I do not think I would purchase these again unless I needed them for some reason but I will be sticking to my usual favorites with the applicator.
