Kmart has a coupon for a Free Smart Sense Cookies (14.3 - 16oz)
For the Kmart freebie, sign up for a free Shop Your Way Rewards membership, then download the Kmart app and each week you can load your coupon for a free item.
Additionally, I had a Safeway coupon for a Free American Beauty Pasta & Ragu Pasta Sauce that I was able to load to my card. This is the first Friday Freebie I have gotten from Safeway, they seem to be hit or miss but it is worth looking at your account if you have one.
